Help manage and actively follow Social Media and other digital marketing methods and integrate new ideas and methods into the company’s approaches
Interact with consumers in real time on various social media platforms
Assist with the creation of content for various social networking sites
Participate in the development of strategies designed to meet company goals
Stay abreast of and report on trends and best practices
Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos.
Other adhoc duties as required
Candidate Profile :-
· Knowledge of Digital Marketing current best practices and understanding of Digital production processes
· Must be proficient in Twitter/Instagram/Facebook
· Understanding of how social media networks can be used to support business goals
· Strong written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Be able to multitask
· Presence of mind, problem solving ability
· Good customer service skills
· Good time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
