Job Description :
You will be a part of the MCOS team and will be responsible for supporting from offshore the roll out and implementation of group’s Global Service Line (GSL) marketing strategy across various markets.
Develop and drive marketing strategy for specific Service Line of Capgemini in global markets
Work with Global Service Line leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Business Plans
Design and deliver on marketing services portfolio for key segments and initiatives in partnership with onshore peers
Offer marketing support for key pursuits – bid theme, content, asset development, visit experience etc
To work with the marketing production team in India to deliver on Global Service Line marketing requirements
Coordinate activities leading to visual identity creation within the Capgemini Guidelines
Own and execute Global Service Line marketing and communications programs
Manage campaigns end to end (strategy, research, web services, event support, but not limited to these)
Establish an efficient offshore-onshore peer model for Global Service Line marketing.
Desired Skills & Experience :
Specification / Skills / Experience
At least 7-9 years of experience in marketing & communications, with 3 years in sector/alliance/service line marketing in a large IT MNC/Indian pure play
Experience working in an advertising agency (as Account Supervisor or Account Manager) with B2B clients will also be considered on par.
Should have supported large key accounts/verticals in the past with penetration-focused branding
Exposure to CRM marketing module desirable
Demonstrated track record in managing marketing through an offshore-onshore model
Ability to work with high performing team
Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media
Should have the ability to comprehend complex thoughts and multi-skill projects
Structured and process oriented
Creative, innovative, and quality excellence
Excellent presentation skills and willing to travel
Aptitude for quick learning
Able to convince and to work on peer to peer level.
Good/Mature business appearance
