• Work with management and take a leadership role in developing and executing SMM services
o Manage SMM client accounts
o Understand each client’s business model, organization and objectives
o Monitor and assure quality of SMM services
o Work directly with clients on a consulting basis to help them develop their SMM program, including.
Develop ongoing SMM strategy that integrates with the client’s business objectives, brand/message, marketing programs, resources, budget, website and other online initiatives.
Implement SMM programs across the major SMM platforms (Facebook, Blogs, Google+, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest etc).
Optimize SMM programs for search visibility.
Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Advise on industry trends and events, and integrate into ongoing strategy.
Should be proficient in customizing profiles, pages, in each SMM platform.
Should be aware of Creating, sourcing. & uploading content, posts, video, photos, etc
Plan and execute SMM portion of client marketing initiatives, working closely with client or third party marketing teams Skill needed.

• A passion for the social media universe
• Good knowledge and experience with Social media marketing and strategy planning
• Proven track record and demonstrability of optimizations
• Demonstrated ability to create, manage and optimize social media channels to engage audience, improve visibility, strengthen brand and drive revenue
• Brand marketing, agency, consulting and other relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Presentation skills a Must
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
