• The person must have a natural flair for the international music / non music space
• Should understand that the role is audience experience management and not just marketing
• Should have revenue sensibilities so that he / she can work closely with sales
• Work experience with premium magazines would be an added advantage.

The person should have minimum 5 years work experience in arranging tie ups with pubs, clubs, concerts and should enjoy gigs
