The VP- Product Management position will be responsible for multiple product strategy and development for a variety of portal application based products and features across all of digital platforms (mobile devices, Web browser, connected TVs, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from Tier I institute. • 10-12 years of relevant product management experience. • Prior experience in consumer internet space is highly desired.
• Well-versed in the entire life-cycle of a digital product, from concept, to opportunity assessment, to requirement documents and feasibility assessments, prototyping to wireframes and through execution, and be comfortable working across teams of producers, content strategists, designers and business stakeholders. • Deep Understanding to Consumer Insight and Behavior • Very strong understanding of mobile technologies, user experience and interaction design and a desire to stay on top of new capabilities, operating systems and devices. • Understanding of iOS and Android platform capabilities and familiarity with developer ecosystems. • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and their use of various mobile platforms. • Mobile product development experience, including multimedia (audio/video/image) production management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work on projects with great efficiency and attention to detail • Excellent relationship management skills, team management, analytical skills, must be metrics driven. • Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap. • Strong Project Management, Multi-tasking and time management experience • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. • Strong wire framing skills
• Preparing product strategy roadmap, developing specification documents and managing the entire product development cycle right from idea till execution. • Managing multiple stakeholders and project • Reports status • Aligns and establishes channel to earn desired revenue through product to business. • Creating wire frames & prototypes as part of product specifications. • Design and manage the mobilization of multiple consumer applications (user generated content, social integration, location, utility, etc.) and enterprise applications (business intelligence, sales force automation, CRM and retail tools). • Leading cross functional teams of design, development, engineering, quality assurance, marketing and customer relations departments to drive concepts to completion. • Tracking various business matrices using analytics tools and continuously improving them by enhancing user experience. • Preparing product launch plans and execution of the plan with the marketing team. • Drives work through partnership and good client orientation.
