- Ensuring excellent customer service and engagement levels for all of your clients through the team
- Driving innovation and creativity for the client
- Monitoring company financial performance alongside directors
- Commercial development of existing client business
- Account analysis and profitability. Responsible for profitability of the account
Account Mining & Partnerships
- Focus on working with the Creative Strategist Team to come up with new offerings to increase revenue from existing accounts
- Seeking opportunities and generating ideas for clients and advising them accordingly
- Meeting and interviewing clients to establish the firm’s suitability to provide the necessary advice and services, based on the firm’s specialism and likely cost
- Contributing to pitch presentations and personally pitching to clients to acquire new busines
- Attend business meetings from time to time
Account Management & Account Execution
- Campaign Content Creation: In charge of driving Creative Content generation
- Interact with clients to understand the brief, discuss solutions and to regularly update them on the progress of various activities
- Conducting adequate research & gathering relevant material for interactive content development
- Strong focus on coming up with Innovative & Interactive Digital Media Campaigns & Ideas for the client
- Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the industry to inform through the Internal Communications Team
- Interact with clients to understand the brief and discuss solutions
- Briefing and managing social media and development teams
- Creating a buzz around the brand, product promotions, product launches and client-sponsored events
- Liaise with clients and keeps them updated with progress reports
- Execution of Media Plans and Applications
- Execution of regular work in case of absenteeism within team
- Regular payment follow-ups to ensure that payments are being released on time by the client
- Take regular feedback from the client regarding the quality of work and areas of improvement
- Utilize Analytics to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions
- Media Planning, buying and negotiating activities (if required)
- Exploring Partnerships with Vendors for tie-ups to outsource work to them
Team Management
- Assisting in planning and focus on execution of Account Strategy, Positioning, Content and Tone on various digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Slideshare, etc), based on client brief and brand
- Creative Direction and Ideation of Content. Helping to drive innovation and creativity within the team
- Internal communication to streamline and standardize service quality and customer-facing communication, in-line with FoxyMoron’s positioning
- Day to day leadership of the account team and client, and ensuring best in class work is delivered consistently. Planning and prioritising the team’s work
- Improving the tracking and monitoring of team members as they progress through their work and skill set, and providing supports such as counselling and extra training, where needed
- Project Manage online and offline campaigns and activities that might be required as per the Account Strategy
- Actively participate in the hiring process as part of interviewing and assessing candidates for their team as per the requirements of the accounts.
- Keep a tab/lower the attrition factors within the team and advice and inform the management accordingly
- Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the industry and train the team
- Training Needs Analysis and other Employee Development activities of new joinees and team members
- Track and report the length of time for the trainings required on various training modules and suggest improvement to the company
- Perform Quarterly Evaluation and Annual Appraisal for the team member periodically and updated the HR and Management of the progresses
- Strong Inter – department coordination to avoid any confusion
