Job Description : –
Community Strategy
•Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
•Communicate and coordinate client service, production and strategy/planning teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objective
Management & Moderation
•Listening and reporting – summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization
•Publishing – Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calender.
•Moderation –
user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
oRespond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience
Experience : – 1 to 2 years
Desired Candidate Profile : –
•1 to 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms or communities for brands
•Undergraduate degree in mass communications, marketing, advertising, PR and/or business studies
•Very high attention to detail
•Excellent delete/block judgment (when to delete? when not to?)
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
•Should possess strong content writing skills (specially cricket specific)
