1. Client Management -:
Interacting with team as well as manager operations to ensure quality week.
Ensuring complete client satisfaction at all time.
2. New revenue opportunities -:
- Identifying new revenue opportunities with existing client.
- Understanding client briefs and presenting pitches to client.
3. Organization Building -:
- Ensuring all systems and processes are being followed.
- Ideating for organisation growth areas.
- Cultivating talent in the organisation.
Desired Candidate Profile : –
- Zero Loss of client A/C on A/C of lack of delivery from our side.
- Creation of new revenue opportunities from existing clients.
- Timely submission of all reports.(by self and by team members).
