Business Director-
The 120 Media Collective is looking for an experienced Business Director to lead a team servicing one of India’s largest beauty, fashion and lifestyle portals within a fast growing and highly creative content company.
Ideally grown up in a bigger advertising agency, perhaps branched out into Digital and with a keen interest or experience in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space. Should be strategic and understand the basics of the tech space, have excellent communication skills and above all be brimming with passion, hungry for success and curious about the world.
Business
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of advanced digital and client management knowledge
- Demonstrate continued increase in knowledge of online marketing
- Review client campaigns, profitability and issues on an ongoing basis as appropriate
- Share knowledge of online marketing and client management with account management teams
Client
- Ownership of client’s strategy and manage the communication and timely completion of client deliverables
- Management of client requirements, objectives and expectations
- Identify key upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Ensure synergy across the clients digital service channels
- Analyse and communicate with client on tracking and analytics data to ensure best mix of digital strategies e.g. volume of traffic, split of budgets and allocation of sales
- Update all clients on major industry developments (search marketplace and client industry online)
Personal
- Passion for digital advertising and growth of the company
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, simultaneously
- Be a strong self-starter and proactive individual
- Ability to deliver training to sub-ordinates
- Ability to write strategy and creative presentations
- Ability to manage monthly reconciliation and financing of clients – understanding the terms of our business
- The ability to effectively communicate with those above and those below
- Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and ensure a strong reputation within the industry
Commercial and Operational
- Commercially aware and contribute to the efficient running of the department
- Planning the use of Digital Account Management Teams during busy and quiet periods
- Ability to manage monthly reconciliation and financing of clients – understanding the terms of our business
- Ensure the team are working towards personal and business target
- Ensure internal processes are adhered to by the team including the completion of client and internal reports.
