Social Wavelength works with a large number of brands, managing their social media communications. We have a team of content writers who create content for our client brands, which enables consumer engagement on platforms like Facebook, Twittter, Blogs, YouTube, LinkedIn, Quora etc.
Incumbent will be responsible for leading the content team (about 8-10 team members). This will involve guiding team members on brand understanding; generating communication pegs and engaging brand communication ideas. It also involves overseeing all the work done by the content writers, to as to ensure that the output is fully in confirmity with the expected deliverables. Job role may also involve participating in brand strategy meeting and client meetings, every once a while.
Candidate Profile :-
Incumbent should have a very good understanding of brands, communication and digital media. Should be well-read and very creative in thinking. A senior copywriter / copy director / content-head with experience of working on mutliple large brands would be ideally suited for this job role. Should have minimum 8 years experience of which at least 5 years should be in copy writing / content creation for brands. Should have experience of managing a team.
