Job Description-
This role is responsible for implementing digital/Web strategy, planning and development. This person prioritizes digital requests, assign personnel and deadlines, and maintain regular status updates on programs with the program initiator. This includes managing and developing web marketing and external digital communications, and coordinating digital media programs and demand generation campaigns. The role is responsible for reporting metrics for major digital and web programsEssential Responsibilities• Implementing high level digital standards
• Maintaining and advance Web properties
• Liaison with demand generation teams
• Work closely with GE Healthcare’s IT team & leadership for management and execution of selected platforms supporting digital programs
• Providing a process for measuring the impact of major digital/web campaigns/promotions and communicate results to Ad/Promo Leaders
• Executing critical web/digital operating mechanisms and processes to ensure compliance and consistency with high-level GE goals and objectives across the business
• Driving social media usage
• Coordinating with appropriate vendors on various projects
• Working with exhibits team to leverage digital for events
• Staying up to date and comprehend Global digital trends and strategies
Candidate Profile-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising or related
• 5+ years’ experience in social media/web
• Strong project management skills and creative abilities
• Experience interacting with and coordinating multiple functions/stakeholders (e.g. Legal, IT)
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Website development experience
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• English language fluently spoken and written
• Able to operate at a senior level and to build credibility with P&L management teams, Corporate GE and GE HC leadershipDesired Characteristics• Advanced Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising or related
• 7+ years’ experience in social media/web
• Strong external focus – capable of anticipating changes in the market by evaluating new information against preexisting knowledge

• Budget Management
• Open to change and constantly scanning the market for new trends
• Cross –cultural awareness
• Team Management Skills and ability to collaborate.
