Job Description :-

• Manage content – aggregating, updating, editing and validating online coupons and deals content for publication on CouponDunia platform
• Curate content for superlative customer experience
• Manage partner relationships – Managing queries/requests from existing partners and timely resolution/implementation of the same
• Pull data from 3rd party/internal systems & generate reports and presentations for analysing partners’ performance
• Managing customer queries – Handling online/telephonic customer queries/rejections with regards to deals/offers and liaising with partners for their timely resolution to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
• Support Sales team on various account management tasks and other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile :-

• 1-3 years of online merchandising, editorial, writing, operations or marketing experience with category, vertical or industry focus a plus
• Ability to communicate a consumer benefit through succinct writing and editing
• Solid communication and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Results focused, can work quickly and efficiently meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment while maintaining high quality standards to meet team and/or individual goals
• Well versed with MS-Office suite (MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of online advertising or B2C ecommerce will be a plus
• F&B category experience preferred (restaurants, QSRs, F&B chains etc.)
