Planning & Implementing Digital Media Strategies

  • Demonstrate a high level of advanced digital and client management knowledge.
  • Be updated with marketplace and technical developments and integrate recent developments into client campaigns.
  • Create the Digital media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Setting, achieving & reviewing client Objectives
  • Coordinate the planning of digital media campaigns & ensure the implementation by leading the digital media team from the front.
  • Manage relationships with platform partners & vendors to support and develop commercial opportunities.

External Business Development

  • Acquisition of new clients, keep a check on overall sales target.
  • Identify key upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Brand Building Strategies, Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments
  • Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
  • Expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process.

Internal Business Development & Team Management

  • Recruit and oversee the Digital Team, ensuring a superior quality of communication and project delivery is provided at all times.
  • Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the digital team – by guiding them to move in proper direction.
  • Planning/Strategy Conceptualizing/ Streamlining/ Controlling the processes/ procedures   to enhance efficiencies, while minimizing operational time & cost.
  • Timely suggestion on improvement and changes in overall Business Management
  • Checking on System followance
  • Conducting monthly review Meetings

Person Specification:

  • Passion for Digital Marketing & Advertising.
  • Should be creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal and presenting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, simultaneously.
  • Should have Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Should have advanced knowledge and understanding of Digital Media, basically he/she should be a Digital media Evangelist.

  • Experience of business and strategy development.

Qualification:

  • 25 years and above

  3. Manage and deliver projects to the satisfaction of clients and the team – ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget and on strategy.

  5. Identify risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
  6. Manage project related requests with the client.
  7. Manage external vendors or partners.
  8. Identify where and when additional project team members will be required, assign tasks and facilitate the incorporation of scalable resources. This includes working with technical partners or system integrators.
  9. Responsible for Qais’ reputation and credibility in the client organization.

Requirements

– Candidate should possess at least a degree

– At least 2 years in the field of Project Management in a digital agency or comparable organization

– Strong understanding of project life cycles and methodologies

– Strong understanding of a variety of digital solutions and processes

– Strong understanding of quality processes and standards

– Excellent communication skills including ability to influence and communicate to all levels of stakeholders and senior management (internal teams and client organization)

– Proven experience in working with vendors

– Independent with strong leadership skills

– Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
