Grownups,which is the Digital Media Division of Grasshoppers India Pvt. Ltd., works in the sphere of developing compelling and effective communication campaigns and brand image on the online and social media space.
Key Objective of the Role:
Business Head – Digital Media is responsible for leading the Digital Media team, build out best practices, plan and implement social media campaigns, SEO, SEM & other web campaigns. S/he is also responsible for the internal & external Business Development of the company.
5+ years experience in communication agencies, which includes 2 years in a digital agency.
Planning & Implementing Digital Media Strategies
- Demonstrate a high level of advanced digital and client management knowledge.
- Be updated with marketplace and technical developments and integrate recent developments into client campaigns.
- Create the Digital media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness.
- Setting, achieving & reviewing client Objectives
- Coordinate the planning of digital media campaigns & ensure the implementation by leading the digital media team from the front.
- Manage relationships with platform partners & vendors to support and develop commercial opportunities.
External Business Development
- Acquisition of new clients, keep a check on overall sales target.
- Identify key upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Brand Building Strategies, Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
- Expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process.
- Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Internal Business Development & Team Management
- Recruit and oversee the Digital Team, ensuring a superior quality of communication and project delivery is provided at all times.
- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the digital team – by guiding them to move in proper direction.
- Planning/Strategy Conceptualizing/ Streamlining/ Controlling the processes/ procedures to enhance efficiencies, while minimizing operational time & cost.
- Timely suggestion on improvement and changes in overall Business Management
- Checking on System followance
- Conducting monthly review Meetings
- Passion for Digital Marketing & Advertising.
- Should be creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal and presenting skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, simultaneously.
- Should have Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Should have advanced knowledge and understanding of Digital Media, basically he/she should be a Digital media Evangelist.
- Should have Deep knowledge of the Company’s industry and great contact book.
- Experience of business and strategy development.
- Ability to build and leverage a strong network of peers and partners.
- 25 years and above
- Degree in Marketing as a focus will be preferred.
